Hello. Is there a way I can assign new tasks to a current view under Activites? What I'd like to do is have our sales people callback those they previously called but only got voicemail.
The original activities were assigned from the leads view, but I don't think I'd be able to assign them new tasks again using the same criteria as the list will also include those they've also talked to. I'm not sure how I could isolate only those they called but got voicemail because they're all listed as done/completed in their status.
Any ideas? Thanks.
