I have this problem with my email, i want recall email, but this message in orange appears.

 When I go to upgrate this window appear, this mesagge tell me: "Your organization is already registered" so I go to the control panel, but I can't find the place where allow me activate this characteristic.

Can you help me please? Thanks.
