I just learnt that system only shows quantity on order. There is nothing I can do to receive goods. 

I ended up manually changing quantity to reflect goods received.

That still left the quantity on order. I had no way to remove that quantity on order except that I had to delete the purchase order....

Is there a better way to go from Purchase order to goods received?
