Received emails not being saved to contact

Received emails not being saved to contact

Hi

In the last 24 hours I've received an email from 2 separate contacts. I've been alerted to these by Mail Magnet which recognises all emails where Zoho CRM has an email address saved for the contact. Although the email messages have appeared in Mail Magnet they've not been added to the contact's Mail records.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or is able to provide any help?
