[Receiving Errors] Not Receiving All Incoming Emails

Hey Zoho & Team,

Love your platform and am so thankful you have so many tools to handle all parts of a business.

I've setup and am using your mailing platform to manage my business emails.
And in doing so, I've discovered that some prospects of mine are sending me emails but we aren't receiving them.

I also noticed that when I try to sign up for Yelp using my Zoho business email, nothing comes through!

I don't receive the Yelp verification email.
I can suspect that this may be happening to me across other platforms and probably won't receive other necessary emails when signing up for their services.

Please, let me know what's going on!
