Receiving in my zoho inbox same email I send

Hi there,

The issue is when I send an email to someone this is automatically send to my inbox folder, the result is an identical message to the one sitting in my sent folder. I write to ask if it is the expected result and to inquiry at to whether sent email can be restricted to only either contacts or email addresses I reply or I compose to.
