Receiving Lots of Spam Emails from my own domain

I have one mailbox, I seem to be getting a lot of Spam sent to this mailbox from my fake email accounts on my own domain - Eg - James@MYDOMAIN.COM is my real address, but it will receive emails from Canon@MYDOMAIN.COM etc etc and it's getting quite annoying, and more often than not contain viruses

I have a valid SPF record set up on my domain to only allow mail to be sent from zoho mail but this doesn't seem to stop the spoofing.

Are there any settings or anything I can change to stop these emails?
