I use zoho mail and zoho crm. I have multiple email accounts. The bcc dropbox feature is a great way to automatically capture outgoing email from different email accounts and still show them all under the contacts, lead etc in Zoho CRM.

Is there some way to automatically capture received emails from the multiple accounts and show them in the respective area in CRM?

The system is set-up to automatically pull in from one email account. I am just missing emails from the other accounts.

Please help.
