Receiving reply emails in Zoho CRM
I send contacts and leads emails from Zoho CRM. To the receiver these appear to come from my regular email account. Contacting people this way creates a record on the individual's contact page. When I receive a reply it comes into my email account; in my case Mac Mail. How do I either forward the email to Zoho CRM, or receive the email directly in CRM so that I can maintain the record stream there?
