We have been continuously working on enhancing the Spam Processing Engine and Improve overall email deliverability.
We have made the strictness of Spam Processing engine customizable, to provide better and enhanced control for Organizations.
Recent enhancements in Anti-Spam Processing:
- Option to define and manage custom Blacklist Domains and Email Addresses
- Strictness of SPF/ DKIM Validation can be controlled
- Enhancements have been made in the Spam processing of Group Emails with user level Spam Marking taken into account for future Spam Processing for the group.
For Options 1 and 2, the administrators can customize the actions in the Control Panel to
- Accept
- Reject or
- Quarantine the emails based on Blacklist or SPF/ DKIM Validation
The Quarantined emails can be reviewed by the administrator and processed to deliver or reject the emails. The feature is available in beta and the interested administrators can reach out to us to enable it for their organization.
Grey-listing:
We have enhanced the Greylisting capability to identify Spam at the entry level based on the sender details provided.
Email Deliverability:
To enhance the email deliverability to other servers from Zoho Mail, we have introduced support for DKIM signatures for outgoing emails for domains hosted with us.
Enhancements in Email Client:
Further to easily identify the Phishing and Spoofed emails, we have added a warning message in the Reading Pane of the email in the new version of Zoho Mail.
