Receptionist taking messages / tasks via webform?

Receptionist taking messages / tasks via webform?

I have used a virtual receptionist service in the past to take calls and enter messages and leads into a google doc form that populated a spreadsheet.

I am no looking to integrate this into Zoho, however, I am trying to figure out the best way to approach the issue.
Zoho only has web to lead, case, or contact.

Ideally I would be able to create an task or event so it would show on my calendar.

How would others suggest integrating this?
The best way so far seems to be web -> lead, but I am open to all ideas or suggestions.
