recieving emails with allias email does not work

recieving emails with allias email does not work

Hello,

I recently added second domain to my account on Zoho.
I want to have email addresses with this new domain name after @.
I made an alias email for user. Now I can send messages as user@seconddomain.com but I can not recieve messages sent to this address.

I got the following bounce back: 
ResponseCode 421,  Returning empty domain in greet for host XX.XX.XXX.XX


What can be a problem?
How can I solve this?
How I can setup email software on my computer to have @seconddomain.com address as separate account?
