Recieving Faxes and Scans
Over the past month we have experienced issues with not being able to receive scans or faxes. We enlisted our tech support to assist, but are growing weary of having this same issue over and over again.
Our questions are what is the root cause that keeps bumping our server settings from communicating faxes and scans from our copier to our email? How is it being addressed, and when will it be resolved?
