Recipients cannot see other recipients whenever we forward/reply to all

Hi,

We are currently trying out Zoho Mail for our business, it seems that we are having difficulty when communicating with 2 or more departments.

Whenever we reply-to-all/forward an email to 2 or more Recipients, they see the email as only coming from me BUT cannot see the other recipients that it was also sent to.

This causes confusion in our departments as they usually think that we have not looped in the relevant departments in an issue.

Please let me know how to proceed.
