Reciving email tooooo Slow

Hi, for some reason unknown my account on zohomail suddendly takes too long to recive emails, I send me a test from a Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail accounts and it takes aprox. 10 minutes to get the email in my inbox. Could you help me?
