Hi Everyone
I want to transition from Reckon Accounts Hosted to Zoho Finance, as I have numerous other tasks in Zoho One, and it seems logical to make the move.
(Reckon has a QuickBooks back end & is hosted on Assure now, think)
I would really like to extract all the data from Reckon, especially all transaction and banking details for the last three years, so I can accurately show the purchasing history of each customer.
From what I can see, most of the basic (customers, products etc) data is available to be exported from Reckon in an Excel - Except the detailed transactions - they are in a flat file and look like they are missing all the detail to them to be usable without an enormous amount of work.
Questions I have, please
Has anyone had any experience in doing this with Reckon Accounts Hosted & Zoho?
I am very keen to use the API and connect Reckon with Books, so that the data is replicated over to Books?
I assume it would be one-way data and synced every few hours or once a day?
What are the limitations you can see or have you experienced?
I did see somewhere that Zoho Analytics might have some options.

As much as Zoho have said they can help, I am struggling to get real assistance
