It would be great if Zoho CRM could properly recognise where a contact has more than one email address, and include emails from all their addresses under the Emails related list.
We have lots of prospective customers who email us from both their work and personal addresses. Zoho CRM can only recognise one email address, so if we look at the email history with a contact we often miss emails. As a workaround we add in the second email address to the contact, and then we have to notice it's there and look in our inbox for other emails.
