Hello All,

Can anyone recommend another CRM for consideration?

I am an Enterprise user with Zoho mail add-on services and find the lack of functionality and limitations starting to impact our group.  The amount of time I need to spend searching the questions, following the threads to find issues and comments that are of concern to us and hoping for an effective response and to then either implement the correction or create the work around is no longer making this product viable and needing other solutions to support Zoho (like constantcontact) is not the answer either.

I have noticed much upheaval within the community mostly needs and requests falling on ears that promise to take it under consideration and adding to the dreaded road map, some of these issues and promises have been out there for a very long time and while I have not posted much I do lurk and have become dismayed.

We have over 3500 leads and before I get even further into this I think I need to see what else can do the simple job that we need a CRM/Sales application to do all while being cost effective.  We only have 4 users and I cant handle the noise from these people about this solution.  We are all home based sales and hence do not have a strong IT group for hosting a solution ourselves, i.e. ACT but at this point I will look at anything that can get the job done.

I want to spend less time managing a program/solution and more time: selling, managing leads, massaging potentials, touching account, with mass emailing, call log documentation and effective and strong forecast management so that we can stay in business and make sure we can pay the bills.

When I think about it, I dont think I am asking for much but for some reason Zoho aint it.  I feel Zoho could be the little engine that could but I no longer understand what they are focused on, sadly whatever they are focused on it isnt what I need or am focused on.

So in closing any recommendations on another cost effective CRM?
