I am a previous paying customer to zoho products, and I remember this old issue...

I have started entering records (not import) but none show up when I conduct a search, what is it I have to do to get it to cache all the records so they are searchable and show up as I know they are there I manually typed them all in.

Please just simple answer to my question; it's a simple question (I know what it's like on these forums too and how you go round in circles with zoho customer service).  It maybe something zoho need to do their end to get it to work I don't remember.
