Record level security required in the CRM

I am a great fan of Zoho CRM and am currently using it for our company but I now feel the need to have some "privacy and security" for certain confidential information. At present I cannot send any email without everybody having access to it. It seems to be "all or nothing" approach. Either I allow somebody to share everything or nothing. For instance, If I would like to make one particualr Contact or Company Password protected, or invisible to other users, I cannot do that. The same with a confidential E-mai - I cannot password or hide an e-mail.

However, its a great products and I hope it will also have this type of features in the future.
