Record limit reached - count inaccurate
Hi,
I am getting the record limit reached error but am certain I have not reached my limit.
I am trying to import data that keeps failing. However, I think the record counter is increasing even though no data has been loaded.
I have topped up my account and attempted to load data again but it failed. However, the "
Records Count" went up by 740 even though there were 860 records in the original file for import. When I go to the view, there is no data.
In the past, I kept topping up more records but now I realise when the data load fails, it still continues to increase the count. The record count is paid monthly, so I don't think I should be penalised for failed data records for future months. Can you please resolve ASAP?
