Record of All Calls Within Zoho Desk
We are using Zoho Desk & Twilio for telephony.
When we miss a call, we see that a ticket is created automatically (great btw) and we can play the voice message.
However, we don't see tickets being recorded for incoming calls that are answered. Is there a way to see a list of all calls within zoho desk ?In some cases, the call gets dropped when transferring between two agents, and we'd love to be able to call the customer back.
