Record Summary Template Format

Hi, I'm looking for some help in formatting a Record summary template to look similarity to the example on the following link.  I would like to produce a simple invoice with two items based on a small data set.  I'm not able to get the correct marine size and table to line up correctly. I've tried using a tow column and a single column layout but I stlll can't get the right look in feel to the invoice.
