Dear CRM team

We have been using the CRM for approximately 5 months now.

When a customer makes a purchase we convert a quote into a sales order. The sales order or quote is also converted into an invoice, but not necessarily at the same time the sales order is created. However we will not create an invoice until the sales order is created. Thus I can be sure that for every invoice in the system there should be 1 matching sales order only (and not 0)

In the sales order we log a number of dates to do with the delivery of our product, this is the only place these dates are recorded.

We have found recently that a number of these sales orders have gone missing. The Quote they were created from still exists, and the invoice that matches this quote and sales order still exist. Just this morning I noticed one missing with the following subject:

PV Pursell, Caroll

it was previously linked to the Account:

62 Dawes St, Kingston

If I go to the quote which is related to this missing sales order and I ask to convert it again I find that an error "You cannot convert this entity as it is already converted"

I have searched through the recycle bin - no luck there.

This problem has occured to at least 5 records. We are unable to get the problem to occur in a repeatable fashion.

The data loss that has occured already has been damaging and we have no way of ensuring that this is not going to continue.
