I have empty some folters on web mail, but the outlook backups also was deleted? I would like to recover all deleted email from today June 30 2017 .

Our domain is  ducorcorretora.com.br and mail account is  ducor@ducorcorretora.com.br

We would like to understand the procedure to recover all those deleted emails ASAP and how to increase free space on web mail and do not touch my outlook local mails.
