Is there any way I can recover deleted emails from a specific sender?

HP Instant Ink have deleted my account and I need my bills for accounting purposes.  They say they can't recover my account and to look for the emails they sent with the bills.

I must have deleted them - I need the bills from May 2016.  Is there any way to get them?  

The sender would have been  <Hewlett-Packard@email.hpconnected.com> HP Connected.
