Recover Lost Email?

I am not sure if any email provider does this but was wondering if, say an employee accidently deletes a few emails that were very important. Is there a way Zoho can somehow recover them? Our exchange server here at the physical location is backed up every night and we are able to retrieve emails from previous dates.
