Recovering from data loss / Backups
Does Zoho's support team maintain their own backups of customer data?
Lets say tomorrow that a disgruntled employee of mine decides to delete a large amount of data and vandalize my Zoho CRM account - they insert junk data / nasty comments into random account records, they wipe out notes that we made, they edit records and put junk into the text boxes, they delete records etc.
Or... lets say that me or somebody I hire to administer the CRM mis-clicks and accidentally deletes an entire custom module that had a lot of critical data in it.
In an event like this would Zoho's support team be able to roll my entire CRM back to the way it was yesterday? Even if this is a manual process or costs a bit of money?
This is part of my business continuity planning - I'm storing a large amount of critical information in Zoho to run my business so I need some reassurances that this data is safe from a freak accident.
