Dear Sir/Madam,
We @ www.simplyleaf.com have an email account which we published for our customers with which they were communicating since long time (1 year and more). Couple of days back, I have added entries in my domain configuration to include DNS entries which allows the Microsoft office 365 mail servers too to have access and use the domain www.simplyleaf.com. That was just a try from my side to test the trial version of office 365 in my mac. Since that configuration change, we were not receiving any emails to the account
hallo@simplyleaf.com which we have in Zoho, I came to know this only today!
Request: I would like to retrieve all the mails that got bounced this way from my precious customers during this period (28.02.2014 to 05.03.2014) so that I could contact them back and follow them again. How could I achieve this?
any help is greatly appreciated, for any questions please write back to me.
P.S: I have removed the office365 specific entries from the domain server now and since then I could receive the emails in
hallo@simplyleaf.com but my concern is the lost emails which got bounced during the period
