Recreate documents

Hello.

Just did a reinitializeDB but now I have found that all documents are gone when accessing the server at /var/www/html/VirtualOffice/bin/store. From within Zoho VO the tree structure is intact but naturally no document can be opened.

Some of the documents was still needed by the users. I have set Zoho VO to backup all (documents included) but found that the latest zipped backup-file just contains the folders 'mysql' and 'server' and no files.

Are there any chance to recover the documents/files from elsewhere?
