I am moving my lead management from Hubspot to Zoho. In Hubspot I am used to having the following lifecycle stages:

Subscriber: The only piece of information I collect is the email address, so the lead gets updates on our blogs and newsletter

Lead: I have First Name, Last Name, Company Name and email address.

Then there are a bunch more stages, but not important to solving this problem

I want to use Zoho forms on my website to capture info and get it into CRM, but I'm struggling with how I should categorise Subscribers in Zoho.

First of all I was thinking contacts. but there doesn't seem to be an easy automated way to progress a contact to a lead.

If I use a lead then by default in my CRM a lead needs more info than just email address as mandatory fields.

Once I crack this I also need to see if I can crack automatically moving someone from a subscriber to a lead simply by them eventually filling in more info on our website and as such their stage automatically changing.

Basically, anyone who has any "how to move your processes from Husbpot to Zoho" info would really help me out.
