Recruit - Automation for Interview + Booking Link

Hello, 
 
We are using Zoho Recruit Booking link to schedule in person interviews. 

I had created an Workflow to include an email sent with interview details after the interview was booked. That email is not going. See attached. 

Secondly, the email that is going is a Booking Confirmation email, where can I edit that?
