Hello, 

I created a workflow today that would send a reminder email to applications to complete their screening portion of the application. The workflow rules are for the

-application module

-those that are still APPLIED

-2 Days after their Created At Date 

- Filtering for certain positions. 

- Email Trigger immediately. 

QUESTION: For anyone currently that is in our system that fit the criteria as APPLIED for MORE than 2 days will the email be triggered today? 

IF NOT - is there a way in recruit for me to force this email to go to them?
