Recurring activities in CRM
Monthly recurring activities are limited to 24 months of recurrence in Zoho.
In reality, many of the monthly activities go on forever and I need to not lose track of them. 24 months as a limit for recurrence causes me to lose viability after that period of time of ongoing critical tasks.
Right now, I am putting a note in the task/activity to rebook the recurrence at the appropriate date, but this is risky as it is not automated.
Please respond as to your advice, and if you will be allowing for a "no end date" option for monthly recurring activities/tasks in the future.
