Recurring invoices were generated with old template...

I have recurring invoices setup. Ones generated on 10.20.2025 used the modified template I had used. But for some reason, on the ones created on 11/20/2025, it seems the invoices created reverted to the previous version of the invoice template.   Notably, the tax rates are wrong.  Anyone seen this and any idea on what happened and why?
