Redirecting Individual Emails
We have a central email address for our business and whoever is working will redirect emails from there to the individual that will deal with the request. Previously our staff would have the central account setup on a machine then use the "Redirect" option in Apple Mail to send it on to individuals. That way the email comes through and looks like it has been sent directly to the staff member and they can therefore simply hit reply to deal with it (rather than a forward which indents everything and then needs the email address manually entering into any reply).
We have just moved over to Zoho but every time we use "Redirect" we get an error stating "Relaying disallowed as..." and then the email address that it came from. I'm guessing this is because Zoho won't allow us to send emails as anyone other than us (which we also found was true when using Amazon Web Services as our SMTP server). Is there an elegant solution to this? We want to avoid forwards and also avoid people needing every persons credentials and logging into all accounts on one machine to 'move' the emails.
