Hello Zoho Support,

I have a Mail Lite 5GB subscription with 2 licenses. have deleted the unused user, and now only 1 user/license is being used.

My subscription is due for renewal, but the renewal page still shows 2 licenses and does not give me an option to reduce it to 1.

Could you please help me renew the subscription with only 1 license?
