Hi, I am using Zoho Books to maintain records of transactions for our housing society. 

I passed all due entries for every owner with respective monthly maintenance fees.

I then passed entries for cash payments that I received from the owners.

From the money collected, I was able to pass entries for normal expenses like electricity, water, etc.

But the problem is that since we are a new society, some owners instead paid for houskeeping staff etc. and are now demanding that the amount be deducted from the dues. 

How do I record this transaction?
