I am looking to run a referral campaign that sees an initial email going to existing clients, asking them to refer a friend. For each new client referred, the existing client will get a ticket in a prize draw - the more new clients they refer, the more tickets they get in the draw. 

I am wanting to figure out how this could be done via Zoho, and how these referrals can be tracked and linked to the existing client who referred them.

We totally understand your requirement. In Zoho Campaigns we do have an option only to sending coupon campaigns but we don't have a refer a friend campaign option.

But the initial email campaign which has been sent to the existing clients can be forwarded using the Tell a friend option, in which the existing users can fill the tell a friend form so that email is sent to those friends to view it.

Has anything with this been changed? I am also very interested in having a refer-a-friend program inside of Zoho.

Thank you for your comment.

As of now we only have Tell-A-Friend merge tag which will help your recipients to forward your campaigns to needed email addresses which is similar to refer-a-friend program. Kindly refer this help link to know more about our Tell-A-Friend merge tag.

is there any update to this feature? I think Zoho needs to up their game on customer interactions else you will lose out to players like unicommerce.

Has there been any update on this feature? Zoho really needs to enhance its customer interaction capabilities, or risk losing ground to competitors like Unicommerce. Improving these features could significantly boost customer satisfaction and retention.

The requested feature is still on our roadmap. We are evaluating the feature and will be addressing this once the higher-priority work items are completed.
