Reference Manual

Although the developer guide is o.k., I'd like a reference manual that I can download and print out with all the functions, scripts, examples and such so that I can read it. It is very difficult to find the function or call or object that I need for my programing. A list of what is possible would be super helpful.

A PDF would be awesome.
