Referral Bonus Users

Just wondering how long this process should take in reality? I saw somewhere, possibly the FAQ, that it was 3 business days. I do the IT for 3 different sites that I have moved to Zoho, they are all waiting on the extra users. One of them I expect to still take a couple days but the other one has had its MX changed for almost a week now. Any insite would be great.
