I have been requested to create a user in Zoho Recruit for each Zoho People user to allow them to refer a candidate in Zoho Recruit.

Only the interviewer and guest profiles are free. The use of a custom profile is on the paid basis. Any user linked to those profiles will be counting in our regular user license. So, I focused using the guest or interviewer profiles.

Any Zoho Recruit users with Guest profile will have viewing access (however no editing is allowed) to Zoho Recruit modules as Job openings, Candidates, Interviews. As the Guest profile is provided by Zoho, it cannot be modified. The use of that Guest profile does not seem a good option.

Unfortunately, using the Interviewer profile does not seem an option either, as it does not have any access on Job Openings meaning that when clicking on the Referring Job field, only the Posting Title will be displayed that does not seem very relevant. As the Interviewer profile is provided by Zoho, it cannot be modified.

 I looked at the creation of a custom portal, but I cannot add the referral module.
