Hi Support,

I referred my in-laws to sign up their business for Zoho mail. They have their own Domain which is a ".com.ph"

However when they tried to sign up there's an error prompting that:

We are unable to process your request now. Please try again after sometime or contact support@zohoaccounts.com

Would you able to provide information why there's an error prompt?
