Refine lookup search not working for specific type of user.

Hello, 

Since this morning, our team don't have the possibility to select a product in a lookup field. 

This is happening only to a certain type of user, and not for every (For administrator, everything works well). For some information, like the product name, the search will work. But when we use the product code, it's not working at all.

Can you tell me where I can modify those permission, so everyone can use this functionality? 
This is really a big blocking point for us,
