Reformat Business Card

I was wondering if it is possible to change the format of the information found in the Business Card under CRM/Accounts. For example I am wanting to make the value in "Account Type" Bold and Red or Green depending on the status. I need it to stand out so staff can clearly see whether the account is supported or unsupported.
