Refresh browser in Leads page

I have configured a mailbox correctly and generated a rule in my workflow to automatically generate a lead.
Unfortunately to verify the new leads generated, the only way is to refresh the browser (F5), not so with the SalesInbox that works automatically.

There are any sollution for the leads to appear automatically?
