We have a client that uses Zoho for both CRM and Invoice. We are having issues generating a refresh token and haven't been able to find much help in documentation. The function to request the tokens are in a function in AWS Lambda which another developer created who somehow generated a refresh token and is being stored in environment variables. He has since left the company but we pinged him and he doesn't remember how he actually created the refresh token. Any clues? Unfortunately the client is in the process of switching the accounts they use for Zoho which requires a new refresh token.
