reg migration support

Hi,

We are currently using SFDC group edition and im currently checking out Zoho CRM.

Still i have not received the back up files from SFDC. But through the report generation, i just tried importing the accounts. There was one problem i faced, my company's sales team has had many shuffling offlate and some of the members of the sales team have quit. But i would like to have the accounts created by these sales team members also in my DB. Is this possible?
Note: I wouldnt want to create a separate user id for these people but i would want these details only accessible to the admin user.
