Regarding tasks

Hello

In zoho crm when I create a new Task, It is automatically getting displayed for my colleague also. I am the admin and my colleague is not having admin privilege.

We are on google apps and installed zoho crm from google apps .

Is there a way such that my tasks are visible only for me and will be visible in my colleague's task list only if I share it.
