Regarding ZoHo CRM and Advanced CRM Analytics

We have recently purchased your Advanced CRM Analytics solution, but have a few problems we hoped you could assist us with.

We would like to have a report showing potentials that have changed stage during a certain period of time. Is this at all possible with the current solution, or do we need to implement custom fields to have this data generated for us? 

Furthermore we would like to set the value of the potential field "Closing date" to null, as most of the potentials are not closed. We have also found that the value of Closing date is used in Advanced CRM Analytics and that current date is being used if there is a NULL value in this field. This is also what we want to achieve. It is often problematic to even give a vague guesstimate of this date.
